It starts with a free video call. We walk you through it all and answer every question.

Then we give you your own travel concierge. They book and pay for your most economical flights (Las Vegas), your 3-night hotel stay, and every ride you need.

On surgery day, while you are sedated, we put in your implants.

After surgery, our recovery assistant takes you to your hotel and sets up your food. Our nurses and caregivers are available for you at the hotel 24 hours a day. That's why most patients come alone.

Our own lab makes your permanent teeth that same night. We fit them the next day.

Cost & financing
Can I pay with cash, credit card, or financing?
Yes. Many of our patients pay with cash or a credit card. If you need financing, our Discovery Managers will help you apply with up to 6 different companies, which usually takes around 3 minutes per company. Payment plans can be as low as $350 a month.
What if I have dental insurance?
Most plans cover very little of this treatment, though some cover extractions. We'll help you send in your claim for possible reimbursement.

Why is the trip only 3 nights?
It's usually a 3-night stay. You arrive, have surgery, and rest at your hotel. Your permanent teeth go in the next day and you leave the following day.
Why don't I need to bring someone with me?
Most of our patients come alone. After surgery, our recovery assistant takes you to your hotel and sets up your food. Our registered nurses and caregivers are available for you at the hotel 24 hours a day.
Why don't I need to buy my own flights?
Your travel concierge books and pays for your most economical flights, to and from Las Vegas.
Why don't I need to pay for a hotel?
We book and pay for you to stay in a hotel near our clinic.
Why don't I need to rent a car?
We have free Mercedes rides that take you to and from the airport, your hotel, and our clinic.
Why do I need so little time off work?
The trip is 3 nights, and your new teeth go in within 24 hours of surgery. Most patients get back to their normal routine within a few days of flying home.
